Please read these Rules & Terms carefully before you submit your music. By submitting your music into the competition for Awardio Music Awards, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you shall be bound by the terms of these Rules & Terms. 

AMA is open to any music completed after January 1, 2018, regardless of content, subject, or origin. Submitting your music to AMA is not a guarantee of selection. All the winners will be listed on our Official website permanently. All the winning music will receive a trophy & a certificate. Please note that we treat every musician equally.

NOTE: We require 2 official posters (1 vertical and 1 landscape)1 Music Director photograph, cast & crew metadata,

Which must be mailed to awardioevents@gmail.com after submission of the music video or audio.

1. All Music videos or audio submitted to AMA  should be within 8 mins.

2. All music videos or audio will be judged on the basis of six languages (Kannada, English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam), with a total of 120 awards.

3. Registration forms with details should be submitted online. 

4. All submitted music shall be judged by the "Selection Jury Committee" 

5. Selection Committee decisions shall be final. 

6. A participant may submit more than one music at a time. 

7. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMA, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) which may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits and publicity. 

8. A music maker's submission fee will not be reimbursed if they decide to withdraw their submission. All entry fees are non-refundable. 

9. If your music is nominated, The AMA office will contact the entrant by phone or email. The AMA does not provide feedback or screening notes to entries that are not nominated.

10. The festival does not cover any of the expenses incurred by the music maker. 

11. After the music has been officially nominated, the music maker will be notified, The Official nominee status doesn’t mean that your music will be screened at the festival. It means that your music has been appreciated by our judges of panel and you can use the festival logo on your posters. 

12. A nominee will be privately screened for the AMA judging panel, and will not be screened initially to the public.

13. Each category's nominated “Best” music will receive a laurel & a certificate.

14. The winning nominee will receive an award & a certificate. 

15. You can submit your audio through Email, Spotify, Apple music. etc

16. AMA may without advance notice amend these rules & terms from time to time. Each and every such amendment shall become effective immediately. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates of these Rules & Terms.

17. The notification date will be announced after the registrations are closed.

All music makers understand and accept that if their music video/audio is accepted at the film festival, they grant full and unrestricted permission for AMA to screen the audio/video to the Jury panel for the festival results.
